Disclosure Text for the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK")

As Kozaskozmetik.com. (hereinafter referred to as "Kozaskozmetik.com"), we value the personal data and the privacy of the private lives of our valued customers (hereinafter referred to as the "customer"). The personal data obtained within the framework of the principle of respect for the privacy of private life and fundamental rights and freedoms are processed by our company within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"). Processing is defined in Article 3 of the KVKK as any operation performed on personal data, such as recording, storage, retention, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making obtainable, classification.

Collected Personal Data and the Method of Collection

By Kozaskozmetik.com, within the context permitted by the legislation, your declared name and surname, your company title (if any), your phone numbers, your email address, your access and traffic information, your email correspondence, your telephone conversations with our call center, and your communication and interaction transactions with our social media accounts are recorded and used when you contact us via the contact form.

Recording and Areas of Use of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by Kozaskozmetik.com for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

• Providing the product or services, planning the pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring communication continuity in the execution of services such as infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, installation of the product/service being offered.
• Improving our service quality.
• Providing information upon request by judicial and administrative authorities.
• Periodic campaign activities, sending newsletters and announcements within this framework, provided that the consent text is checked.

Rights of the Personal Data Subject under Law No. 6698 KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes.

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed.
• If your personal data has been processed, requesting information regarding it.
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed.

In this context, requests received by Kozaskozmetik.com will be concluded within a maximum of 30 days.
