At Kozaş Cosmetics, quality is not a departmental activity but a fundamental culture that permeates the entire organization and is embraced by every employee. The ISO 22716 (Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP) standard is the minimum foundation of our operations; however, our understanding of quality goes far beyond these standards, being reshaped every day through the philosophy of continuous improvement (Kaizen). Our quality assurance system is an integrated and documented life cycle management that extends from the receipt of raw materials from the supplier, through every critical control point in the production process, to final product storage and shipment. All our suppliers undergo a rigorous qualification process, and their performance is monitored through regular audits. In the production area, hygiene protocols, equipment calibration, process validations, and operator training are maintained at the highest level. In our modern microbiology and analytical chemistry laboratories, our products undergo not only compliance tests per regulations but also much more comprehensive testing programs such as shelf life, stability, tolerance, and efficacy. Quality control is more than a "blocking" unit; it is a proactive unit that contributes to process improvement by conducting data-based analyses.
