This is an informational email. Pursuant to the announcement published by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK), as of 28.05.2024, an accrual process will be carried out for company, document, and product applications of cosmetic products in the Product Tracking System (ÜTS). The procedures regarding the mentioned accruals will be implemented as communicated below.

Procedures to be Performed According to Application Type

For Cosmetic Products;

  • In cosmetic product notification applications, the relevant accrual process will be performed for each product barcode included in the application. No separate accrual will be created for new applications made for a product barcode that has been reported as deficient. A discounted accrual will be applied for products under manufacturing.
  • In an update application made by the company for a cosmetic product already registered, an accrual process will be carried out for the product barcode.
  • No accrual process will be performed for nanomaterial notification applications.
  • In cosmetic company registration applications, the accrual process will be performed per application, and no separate accrual process will be carried out for information update applications.

Information regarding the relevant accrual processes can be accessed from the "Agency Services Price List" document published on the TİTCK website. Companies that will make the relevant applications must ensure that their company registration information on the electronic information management system (ebs.titck.gov.tr) is up to date.

Information regarding payments is as follows.

A Corporate Collection Application is made for fees to be deposited into the Agency's account. The relevant companies and persons must make corporate payments via Halkbank branches or Halkbank internet banking using their reference numbers (obtained from the relevant units of our Agency or via EUP). Absolutely no wire transfers or EFTs will be accepted.
